Hotel ben curato, ma alcune pecche da sistemare

Di base la struttura è carina, bella la hall, giardino ben curato, parcheggio e possibilità di fare colazioni all'esterno in veranda, ottimo il servizio dei camerieri in sala. Ci si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è andato bene. Avevamo prenotato una superior, che dalle foto sembra molto più grande e con divano, e ci siamo ritrovati in una standard. L'hotel ha consentito un rimborso, ma comunque ci aspettavamo una camera diversa. Inoltre, all'ingresso in camera abbiamo dovuto chiedere di effettuare nuovamente le pulizie in bagno, per sporco visibile. Il personale dell'hotel ha saputo gestire gli incovenienti, ma anche in considerazione del prezzo richiesto, purtroppo nel complesso il soggiorno non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato in questo albergo per 5 giorni,in trattamento di mezza pensione. L Albergo è una struttura non recentissima, ma ben tenuta e soprattutto molto pulita. Il personale molto gentile e soprattutto professionale Posizione ottima rispetto al centro e al lungo mare. ( Spiaggia libera invece dista un 1 km ) Colazioni abbondanti e cena molto buona. Unica pecca ( molto deludente), è l aver trovato sul conto degli extra, l acqua bevuta durante la cena, È sicuramente capibile per il vino, caffè o eventuali amari, ma è impensabile far pagare la acqua come extra in un trattamento di mezza pensione.

L'Hotel Andreaneri si trova in una zona tranquilla di Marina di Pietrasanta, a due passi dal mare (ci sono due stabilimenti balneari convenzionati) a poca distanza dal centro e dal parco della Versiliana, di cui si consiglia una visita refrigerando, noleggiando una bicicletta. La struttura è molto gradevole e curata, la pulizia è ineccepibile, il personale gentilissimo e sul retro c'è un parcheggio riservato piuttosto ampio.

The hotel is lovely, and all of the staff are more than helpful with local knowledge. The room was clean will all necessary amenities. They organised bike hire for our stay and recommended beach clubs, restaurants and bars to visit. Located three streets parallel to the beach it’s easy to get around whether you have bikes or not. There is also a complimentary shuttle service that runs to Pietrasanta every weekend. The hotel is ideal location in marina Di Pietrasanta as it also is close to Pietrasanta old town and Forte Dei Marmi. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel super charmoso. As instalaçoes de um modo geral sao boas, somente os banheiros sao meio antigos. O travesseiro era muito duro! Quase impossível dormir! Tem um bom café da manha e o forte sao os funcionários atenciosos.

Comfortable hotel with short walking distance to beaches and center of town without being in the middle of all the traffic. Sidewalks to town are in bad shape but nothing to do with the hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel before, the staff are wonderful, cannot do enough for you. The bedroom was a bit dated, but clean. Dining room, reception & outside seating area good. My only disappointment was dinner on 1 night was over cooked, which was a surprise. It is the first time dinner has not been first class. Breakfast selection fantastic. I will be stopping here again. Don't let a poor dinner on 1 night put you off. You will enjoy your stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti per partecipare ad un convegno, quindi non abbiamo avuto modo di fare vita di mare Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del personale dal momento dell'accoglienza al check out Siamo partiti molto presto, prima del l'orario previsto per la colazione ed il portiere di notte ci ha servito uno squisito cappuccino con brioches fresche nonostante le nostre insistenze affinché non si disturbasse L albergo, nuovo o rinnovato da poco, è raffinato, in una zona centrale, tranquilla, vicina al mare La versiliana si raggiunge a piedi in meno di mezz'ora Il parcheggio è gratuito, comodo e grande La hall e le aree comuni sono belle, spaziose e luminose con ampia veranda adibita anche a ristorante (del quale non abbiamo usufruito) e dove, oltre che in sala, viene servita la colazione Il buffet è ricco, di tipo europeo Piccola pecca, comunque veniale, la fila che si crea all'unico distributore di bevande calde, vista la grande affluenza La camera era silenziosa, con piccolo balcone attrezzato e letto grande e comodo Bagno ampio, con finestra e tutti i servizi ben funzionanti Wi-fi un po' lento Notevole pulizia di tutti gli ambienti dei quali ho apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità (musica di sottofondo appena percettibile negli ambienti comuni) Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato Hotel che consiglio vivamente e nel quale conto di tornare

E' la seconda volta che frequento l'hotel, in 2 anni. Riconfermo l'ottima impressione avuta lo scorso anno. E' una bella struttura con un vasto giardino e parcheggio retrostante. Interni curati, camere ben arredate, personale molto gentile. Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ottima scoperta

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché era la sola che ci offriva la possibilità di pernottare per la sola notte del sabato (2 doppie) a un prezzo ragionevole. Bella la struttura immersa nel verde e tranquilla, buone le camere che sembrano recentemente rinnovate e anche la colazione. Ci torneremo.

Vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Personale disponibile e gentile. Camera con un ampio balcone. Pasti in giardino. Sarebbe ancora più bello se ci fossero le biciclette a disposizione dei clienti. La colazione con ampia scelta di "salati" ma un po' scarsa come dolci. Hotel consigliato.

Bell'albergo immerso nel verde

Aspetti negativi: di difficile accesso e spazio ridotto per il parcheggio auto, camera a due letti molto piccola, nessuna rete antizanzare (siamo dentro una pineta) almeno alla finestra del bagno, mancanza di frigobar (in estate!).

Schönes Hotel

Das Hotel Andreaneri liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße etwa 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Es hat viele deutsche Stammurlauber. Unser Zimmer was großzügig geschnitten mit schickem sauberen Bad. Leider wurde im Zimmer nicht täglich gewischt, wodurch der Fußboden staubig war. Zudem waren die Matratzen so hart, dass man regelmäßig in der Nacht mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachte. Es gab ein, für italienische Verhältnisse, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gab es jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst sowie den gleichen Käse. Zudem musste man sehr lang am Kaffeeautomaten anstellen und stand dabei den Gästen im Weg, welche sich am Buffet bedienen wollten. Das Abendessen bestand aus 3 Gängen sowie einem Salatbuffet. Leider waren die Speisen zum großen Teil nicht so lecker, wie man es von Italien her gewohnt ist. Vor allem der Fisch war nicht genießbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Ein schönes Hotel welches wir gern trotz kleiner Mängel gern weiterempfehlen.
