The farmhouse is located in the Municipality of Piegaro at about 400 meters above sea level immersed in the green hills of Umbria near Città della Pieve, at Lake Trasimeno. The structure is enriched on the ground floor by two large common rooms with fireplace and a kitchen, ideal spaces for groups of friends and families, private parties.
Outside, under a kiwi pergola, it is possible to have breakfast while enjoying a wonderful view.
Space
These are 3 apartments equipped with a kitchen complete with accessories with private bathroom, ample parking, heating and air conditioning, furnished in style and equipped with all comforts and free wifi.
It is possible to organize upon request: excursions in the surrounding area, with various opportunities from a landscape, historical and cultural point of view; get-togethers for any occasion (baptisms, birthdays, private parties, New Year's Eve, etc...).
The structure is equipped with underfloor heating, the cost is not included and is calculated on the basis of actual consumption.

Guest access
In an extremely quiet area and with a fenced area of ​​about 2000 m2, the property extends for over 12 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, woods and therefore offers the possibility of going on excursions on foot or by mountain bike.
Other things to keep in mind
The central location allows you to easily reach some of the most famous places in the region, for visits of historical and artistic interest, as well as religious. In the farmhouse it is possible to taste our local gastronomic specialities: oil and wine of our production.
The ground-floor apartment features easy access and a bathroom with a specially designed anteroom to easily accommodate guests with mobility difficulties. It also features a spacious kitchen/living room and bedroom with the option of a double bed or twin beds and an additional cot. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric stove and all the necessary appliances to ensure complete independence for a family of three to four. The living room/kitchen also features a double sofa bed that can be used to provide two additional beds.

Cooking Classes (for groups of at least five people). The course lasts 3 hours in the afternoon on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and THURSDAYS, excluding holidays. Available from November to June. Dates must be agreed upon well in advance for organizational reasons. Cost: €150 per person.

The course includes:
- dough preparation
- rolling out pasta by hand (pici)
- preparation of a traditional sauce (aglione)
- cooking and tasting of the dishes

All ingredients and raw materials are provided by us. The facility will provide utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, even paper ones) and final cleaning.
