"Room was warm, had the basics but hob didn’t work properly, staff were no where to be seen at any point of the trip, reception/restaurant seemed closed at all times and the whole site felt like there was 2 or 3 cabins in use, all at the furthest point from the carparking area"

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offering is decent similar to most hotels on the continent. The mini bus to the ski lifts is very reliable, I think it would be really great if it ran later into the evening. "

"Fantastic place for a family vacation in the snow. It’s so good to be able to ski in and out. The dinner was absolutely delicious. So was the breakfast. The rooms are big bathroom is clean and brand new nice towels nice sheets. Only down is the firmness of the mattresses and the pillows that we found very hard Other than that, we highly recommend especially it’s a very good price as well"

"All good including the breakfast but they lock down the hotel at night (front door, elevator, and parking) as if you are in some shady place. Midnight to 6 am"

"This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon. "
