Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Salad, fruit, eggs, was what i ate but they had meat, cheese, beans. Fresh and delicious. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. Service was efficient

Great place, attentive staff that makes you feel welcome and at home. Will come back again with family. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!

Breakfast room was great! One the last day we were there, we had to leave early for the airport and Ricardo (one of the breakfast room attendants) was so helpful in getting us some breakfast to go before the buffet was officially open. Hotel is a great location, very central and close to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would stay here again.
