The actual resort was great. We loved the cabins and it was clearly new and clean. The pool area was also good. However, the receptionists and staff at the restaurant was not service minded at all, and we experienced some of the worst services ever. This is really unfortunate, as the resort itself is great. We would come back if it wasn’t for the staff. Also, a big negative was that the water slide was closed our entire stay.
