"The property and surrounding area was very clean. We had all the utensils needed for cooking and cleaning. Staff were helpful and available when needed. The check in and information website was really helpful and gave us great ideas of things to do. The swimming pool was excellent. Very clean and fun for the kids. The only things to note, for young children one of the play areas is too damaged for use, and it would be useful is to note the required swimwear (i.e. Lycra only and no shorts)."

"We were not informed in advance that there would be no reception staff available when we arrived at the property. As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others."

"There was no air conditioning throughout the Hotel during the heatwave this weekend. Apparently due to the maintenance man not fitting a part he was supposed to fit before having a long weekend off!!!! The gym was closed The TV despite having about 50 channels only showed five French channels!! Wouldn’t stay there’s again"
