"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "The apartment is very new and clean. It was well organized and in a good location for traveling. Walk to bars, pizza and a great supermarket. Marco was a first-class host. Plenty of parking right in front of apartment. Only word of caution, and it is in the description, is that you climb a ladder to the loft. I'm 65 years old, healthy, and it was okay for me. "
