Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

the mattresses need replacing because they are uncomfortable; should be more variety at breakfast; and the air conditioning doesn't cool the room enough.
the staff is very attentive -especially the Cuban gentleman at the entrance- and the area is safe and perfect for walking to the Vatican, with may restaurant nearby the hotel price is good.
