Pool was good but very busy. Restaurant and evening entertainment was good. Close to Bonafaccio, but extremely difficult to get a taxi."

"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"A very unique secluded property with amazing facilities. The swimming pool is fantastic and what a view. We would highly recommend. Being on the side of a hill you do have steps."

"The house is perfectly situated with a stunning sea view. This has to be taken into account when you think about the price tag. It is quiet and not too far from two lovely beaches. The interior has been refurbished and everything is working well. Apart from that you have to put up with a missing wifi-signal and some broken cutlery. A comfortable sofa would do wonders, but in all it is definitely a recommendable and lovely holiday home."

"Great location in one the most sought out places in costa Esmeralda. Friendly service , Breakfast area very accommodating vast choice , large pool and service . 5 minute walk to historical town with restaurants and artisan shops . Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world within 5-10 kms . Boat tours available to secluded beaches . "

"This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. "
