市内アクセスが便利なホテル
少し意見があるとするなら、私室から隣室の音が聞こえてくる。 早めの就寝時のとき、同階の足音や隣室の音が気になり寝付けにくい。 部屋の防音性を改善してほしい。 あと、窓を開けると横のアパルトメント？的な階段が丸見えでその階段を上り下りしてる人から私室が丸見えである。 4つ星であるが、イタリアではよくあるクラスのホテルだった。 市内観光やショッピングするのであれば便利なホテルだと思う。

４星なので、設備は良く、朝食のバラエティーも豊富だが、 フロントの対応が少々プア。

たまにはこの程度の格調高いホテルで
レセプションで訛りの有る英語ではなくクイーンズ・イングリシュで対応されたので驚いた。流石の４スター。ロケーションもカヴァッリ広場の前で最高。朝食は７階でこのドウオーモを見ながら格調高く楽しんだ。ユーロが安いから良いけれど、毎日このレベルのホテルは個人旅行にはきつい。

Manque de bonne volonté du personnel
Hotel bien situé mais chambre orientee sur la rue assez brutante le soir assez tard dans la nuit et le matin tres tôt par le ramassage des poubelles. Accueil a la reception assez froid ... Refus de nous faire diner en terrasse au restaurant de lhotel en nous disant quil n'y avait plus de place. Hors, une seule table etait notée réservée et les autres netait pas dressées. Donc il navait tout simpleme.t pas envie de travailler !!

Super Lage um Piacenza zu erkundigen!
Das Hotel ist super, geräumig, Personal sehr freundlich, außer der ältere Herr könnte von der Freundlichkeit der änderten Mitarbeitern profitieren. Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig.

Great hotel, location, and upgrades overall. Surprisingly in contrast to all upgrades, the rug was in terrible condition (likely to be replaced soon and thoughtfully slippers were provided). The fan in the bathroom could be cleaned. Other than that, wonderful experience and stay!

Mancanza di professionalità!
L'albergo è bello e centrale, la colazione buona ma due importanti fattori mi costringono a non assegnare una valutazione pienamente soddisfacente. Per prima cosa la scomodità del bagno, con il bidè attaccato al muro e pertanto completamente inutilizzabile. L'altro: il primo giorno della nostra permanenza di tre notti la nostra camera alle 17 circa non era stata rifatta, pur in assenza di cartellino sulla porta della camera, con grande disagio al nostro ritorno. Ci è stato proposto di farla rifare allora, ma eravamo stanchi ed abbiamo chiesto di avere solo il cambio di asciugamani. Ma più che la camera in disordine è stata l'assoluta assenza di scuse da parte del personale a farci restare male. Al contrario. il signore addetto al ricevimento ha sostenuto che fosse dipeso dal fatto che avevano lasciato in camera un tablet attaccato per la ricarica e pertanto la camera, a causa della lucina rossa fuori, risultava occupata (!!!). Viaggiamo parecchio ed è la prima volta che ci capita una cosa del genere. Se funziona così in questo albergo avrebbero dovuto dircelo al momento della consegna della seconda scheda, dato che avevo precisato che mi serviva proprio per lasciare il tablet in camera durante la nostra assenza. Ripeto: non una parola di scuse da parte loro anzi un atteggiamento sprezzante e questo ci sembra veramente grave.

Gentile Sig.ra Isabella,Grazie per aver condiviso la sua opinione per Grande Albergo Roma , leggere i feedback dei nostri ospiti e visitatori è per noi molto importante per migliorare i nostri servizi ogni giorno.Ci dispiace profondamente sapere che non ha apprezzato alcuni aspetti della sua esperienza, in particolare porgiamo le nostre più sentite scuse se il nostro staff non è risultato cortese con lei.Per quanto riguarda utilizzo della seconda Key-card, come puo' ben immaginare nel rispetto di un risparmio energetico e soprattutto di una migliore scurezza per i nostri ospiti (esempio ferri da stiro rimasti accesi) e' buona regola togliere la chiave dalla fessura se viene lasciata il sistema rivela la presenza in camere e quindi do not disturb, La informiamo gentilmente che si tratta di un sistema sicuro che garantisce e rispetta la privacy dei nostri ospiti, Speriamo di accoglierla presto e di sorprenderla positivamente al Grande Albergo Roma!Cordiali Saluti,paolo folettiguest relation manager

The hotel and rooms are very nice, however they are not sound proofed as described. There is a bar on the roof that blasts music that rattles the whole structure especially the elevator shaft. I didn’t expect this at all, and when they finally shut off the music just before 11 everyone spilled into the street and since rooms are not sound proofed I ended up switching rooms to an inner room at around 11:30. Pretty annoying. Nothing against people having a good time on a Friday night, but my goal was basic hotel activity: to sleep and wash, so that didn’t work out so well. I feel management should decide if they are a hotel or a nightclub, and be up front about the noise. That said, great location, nice facility, and helpful getting me a taxi etc. Maybe this is only an issue on weekends. Definitely ask for an inner courtyard room.

Für eine Nacht, auf der Durchreise hier gehalten. Super Lage im charmanten Städtchen, Garage unter dem Hotel. Zimmer sehr gross, gemütlich und ruhig. Alles Tip Top sauber und gepflegt. Personal höflich, hilfsbereit, klasse Service (weiter so). Die Dachterrasse ist sensationell, da kann man entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen…

Camera ben arredata e in ottimo stato. Osservazioni: aria condizionata immessa nell’ambiente odorava di acqua stantia, segni di scarsa manutenzione all’impianto; abbiamo dovuto spegnere il ventilatore. Camera calda, bagno freddo. Presente bollitore, te e caffè ma assenti i bicchieri. Campanello ingresso alla camera si è bloccato sulla suoneria dopo il suo utilizzo (camera 307). Parcheggio e colazione a pagamento: è parte del Vip Access?? Rampa di accesso al parcheggio troppo ripida rispetto alla sede stradale, grattato il fondo dell’auto. Sperando che le batterie della Tesla non abbiamo subito danni. Tempi di attesa notevoli davanti ad una reception per due volte deserta.

Great location, spacious room however air conditioner is not working. Every evening I called front desk, they said they will look into it or start from their end but nothing happened. How is this a four star hotel?
