Unfortunately this hotel was a 3 star (google) and not a 4 star as advertised on Expedia. The staff were friendly however the room was in some need of some serious TLC.

This was a fabulous choice. The staff all friendly and happy to help, the restaurant gorgeous, the spa great, the rooms spacious and elegant, the pool area very relaxing. We loved every minute and had the tour desk book our excursions as well, which were very good. No complaints and would heartily recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apsara over a total of 5 nights. The location is excellent to explore Siem Reap, hotel food is very good and the rooms are immaculate. But the real stars are the staff - every single person was friendly, professional and always willing to help, with a smile. Highly recommended. We will be back!
