You have to call a number they give us a nice and 2 days later they said we have to change ´´´we will upgrade yoû’´ it was only same condo but 2 floors higher. Not better. "I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have reached our villa. After that, we realised we walk back to our villa from the Palma (lobby) is faster than waiting for tuk tuk shuttle. One of the tuk tuk drivers, young man is very helpful as he gave us a lift when saw us walking back to villa on the second day of our stay (after breakfast at the Palma). I didn’t get his name but he is highly recommended for his excellent service and even helped us replace our room key that was suddenly spoilt, as we cannot enter the room after our breakfast. Thank you!"
