In the morning I needed to get to the island ferry (my reason for being in Ranong) & again there was no facility to get there. Had to walk a long way with my bag & nearly missed the boat. Much better to stay in Ranong centre & pay more but be able to eat & get to.places. 」

「Overall for the price this was a good hotel. Not sure why but there was an alarm going off all night long. I think I will avoid this hotel in the future because of this. I was talking to some locals and they told me that the alarm is going on constantly and the hotel doesn’t fix it.」

「Blu Monkey Ranong is a modern and clean hotel with a nice pool area. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was some people making noise in the hotel, so it was not very quiet. There is free coffee, snacks and bottles of water available all the time! : ) Location is good if you want to see Ranong walking street. There is many restaurants in the area. Gym is the smallest gym I have ever been to.」
