Metro Tempe Extended Stay
The rooms had roaches in the microwave and room. Tried to get help and the staff was gone all night didn't answer the phone. Did not help i had to leave and book another Hotel. When we where leaving. My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ
Wall controlled air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. As a result I got a terrible night's sleep. The hotel is only 2 weeks old so this should not be happening.
