「Excellent place」

「Effortless stay in a good location. Staff was warm and friendly. The room was beautiful. Parking was easy. Onsite restaurant had wonderful food and service. Loved the in room amenities, snacks and wine. Muffins were a treat we didn’t expect. We will definitely stay again when coming to the area. 」

Everything about it was exceptional: the staff friendliness and courtesy, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the pool/hot tub upkeep, the peace and quiet. Plus the breakfast was perfect: many food options, all tasted great, very clean eating area. We would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Cozy, clean place polite stuff , very helpful. Nothing bothers one here, it’s the perfect place for a vacation. Acceptable price too. I recommend any one coming to Lake Geneva on a budget but also in need of healing, mental health or just to escape the routine , stress of the big city . Ideas for improvement Maybe inside the closet (under TV) a good wash insisting on the corners then a moisturizer wood cleaner /oil (Mr. Clean Lemon Liquid or Pine Sol) smell good too.. It gives one confidence...

「Outside looks a bit rough, but rooms, at least my room, was very clean and cool. Cathedral cedar ceilings, has a great old Wisconsin look. New carpet and tile in bathrooms. Very comfortable. Staff very nice, English not great, had a bit of issues talking with them, but they were helpful. Would recommend and will stay again next year when I come back up here. 」

「Our room was clean but it was hard to watch TV as the sofa was on the same side if the room. Only one desk chair in room. If the TV and bed were reversed on the wall it would have been easy to watch TV comfortably.」

Minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva, so many restaurants so many shops, so much to do! The cottage is spotless, it has everything you need, it is absolutely beautiful and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend! 」
