NIce location and complex, unit very worn/ dirty and in need of updates
The management was responsive and easy to work with. The location was nice. Near Old town Scottsdale. Keyless entry was easy. The pool and condo complex was nice enough However, the actual unit was very tired and worn. The leather couch was ripped all over and dirty looking/ feeling. The sheets / pillowcases on all beds were stained. The queen bed had only a one matted blanket. The chairs on the upstairs patio were all cracked/ broken so space was unusable. The patio on main floor had a decent table and chairs/ but there were so many leaves/ dead flowers that it seemed as if hit had not been cleaned in months. The leaves/ flowers were stuck to table and chairs making the porch basically unusable without a major clean. Supplies were sparse. They had some shampoo and soap but not enough for the the days were were staying for the size of our group (5 adults) our group. Same with the laundry detergent. Left barely enough to do the one load of towels they asked us to put in before we left. We did not cook or spend much time in condo as it was not a comfortable space. It just felt dirty and thus was not relaxing. In fairness, we did not reach out to management while we were there. The place was so worn, it did not seem as if they "forgot" to clean o r that the condition of the condo was an "exception" but instead j it just seemed like what we were getting. The unclean/ dirty feel was across all rooms and furniture. We were very disappointed with the unit and would not recommend.
