The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

Hot tub is available to all guests complimentary. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 90 degrees for an additional $100/night, otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

Great Stay

House had everything we needed for fun, family spring training vacation. Host did an excellent job communicating both ahead and during our stay. Weather wasn’t that great the first few days of our stay so it was great that the pool was heated (90 degrees)Also nice that we were allowed a delayed check out time. Overall a great stay

Great gem in a wonderful location

Our family had a fantastic time at the property- so much so that we cancelled some of our plans just so the kids could play in the pool and hot tub. Richard was very attentive and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed.

Beautiful home, lots of amenities for both adults and kids. Clean and comfortable. Central location made it the perfect spot to access sites all over the greater Phoenix area!

Perfect for bachelorette!

Beautiful house, as described and more! Nice quiet neighborhood! Perfect for larger groups/families, we loved hanging out in and by the pool! The canvas covers over the pool were a nice addition to escape the hot summer sun. Had a few minor maintenance issues while staying there, but the host was very responsive and quick to send someone for fixes! Highly recommend!
