Where to start with this place!? The location is OK but it’s gotta be the worst hotel in the Surprise, Sun City Youngtown area. I hardly got sleep due to the fact that the cleaning staff & friends hangout there by the front office till almost 10 at night, smoking weed & drinking. If it wasn’t them it was the cartel I gave it an overall two stars, only due to the fact that there was a room with bed to sleep in and the office staff was friendly.

The room I had was nothing fancy, pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. I liked the good sized fridge and microwave, ample counter space in bedroom and bath, and push button lamp switches. Just wish the tiny shower stall was bigger and the thin towels could be upgraded.

Motel 6 in youngtown has the best staff

This place has by far been the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff has went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to my family and I. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and i am very happy with motel 6

The property itself was clean. The pool area was nice. My only issue was finding the hotel at night. The large Motel6 sign was either not turned on or was burned out. Once i found it. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The pillows were not very soft. That's my only issue about the facility

Very run down, room was not clean, tv didn’t work & when we asked they did nothing, the noise of the thin walls, planes, trains, automobiles, cops, fire trucks and the clientele the place attracted made my stay 100% terrible. I even had someone try to break in. I did not feel safe the entire stay.

This property is in a very shady part of town right next to a pot dispensary. When we arrived, there were several items of luggage clothing and food that were out on the sidewalk as of being evicted from one of the rooms. The property is in poor Repair there was no Kleenex in the room, no hairdryer. The beds were acceptable. The sheets were clean. The pillows were good. The air conditioner worked as well as the TV. The switch for bedside lights did not work well.
