Open-concept great room perfect for golfers, families, and groups. Chef’s kitchen with double oven, large fridge, electric stove, coffee & tea bar, stocked spices, cookware, and cocktail set. Seat at the island or dining for eight overlooking the pool. Two lounge areas with big-screen Smart TVs and a cozy fireplace.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Spacious, fully furnished terrace with umbrellas and loungers. Saltwater infinity pool & spa, fire pit lounge, BBQ and outdoor dining—plus that rare private pickleball court. Desert-view sunsets and starry nights included.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, pickleball court, pool/spa, arcade & game areas, laundry, and outdoor living spaces. Ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles, RV or boat. Single-level layout—no stairs. Keyless, contactless entry via smart lock.

Pool/Spa Heat: Available $125/day (3-day minimum). Please request at least 48 hours before arrival so we can preheat 1–2 days ahead and have the water warm at check-in.

We recommend that guests rent cars, it`s just easier. Uber/Lyft is certainly available, and depending on your plans we can also recommend prearranged driver services (so you don`t miss your tee time or dinner reservation!).

Guest verification & damage protection
We partner with Truvi Know Your Guest for a quick ID verification after booking. You’ll choose either a small $35 damage waiver (recommended) or a refundable deposit.

After booking you’ll receive a link to complete ID verification and e-sign our Rental Agreement.

Pets (dogs only, pre-approval required)

Fenced backyard (please check gates) & leashes required outside fence

Pick up waste and dispose in outdoor bins only

No parties or events unless pre-approved with Host. Registered guests only. Exterior cameras face driveway only.

Reservation requirements (read before booking)

Rental Agreement & ID required. Within 24 hours of booking, guests must: complete Truvi Know Your Guest ID verification, and e-sign our short Rental Agreement (sent electronically).

If not completed on time, the reservation may be cancelled per platform rules. Only the registered, verified guests may occupy the home.

Who can be at the home:

Registered guests only unless pre-approved in writing

Events/parties by pre-approval only with signed guidelines

Quiet hours 9:00 PM–8:00 AM (no amplified music after 9:00 PM)

Smoking / Vaping:

No smoking/vaping indoors; outside only 15+ ft from doors/windows. Extra cleaning fee if violated.

Pets (dogs only, pre-approval required)

Parking & Property

Driveway parking only (no street parking). Trailers/RVs by pre-approval.

Don’t move indoor furniture outside; lift—not drag—if rearranging.

Drones only over our property, never neighbors.

Safety & Devices

Exterior cameras monitor driveways/front door only.

Noise sensors measure decibels (no audio).

Do not tamper with Wi-Fi/cameras/sensors/pool controls ($250 per device).

Desert wildlife

Real Sonoran Desert—watch for cactus, insects, reptiles, coyotes & javelina; supervise kids outdoors.
