Unfortunately we booked this stay out in advance since we live hours away, we had gotten no communication after booking and any check in information. I made a mistake on how many people were going to be with us so I reached out. I got no communication from the host. I also had to get Vrbo involved still no answer. The day came to check in and still no answer from the host. That left us in a very rough place resulting in canceling and trying to find another location the day of. We never stayed at the location like we would have.
