House was just as described, clean and well stocked to stay at for a week. Ability to use and park in garage was nice. Pool is maintained and cleaned weekly. Would definitely stay there again

The house was just right for us. We Barbecued and had a relaxing swim on one of our evenings at this location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to 101. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was large with plenty of room for a family to spread out. The pool was great to relax by. House was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t find baking sheets in the kitchen. Other than that, great place!

Great Property and Stay

My wife and two young children were visiting family in the area over spring break. The house was clean, updated, well appointed, and comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful and the kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to anything you might need. The property manager checked in regularly and, although we didn’t experience any issues, she was available if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Wonder place to stay.

My husband was so relaxed with this comfy lovely home. We were relaxed and happy. My husband never wanted to leave early to go back to Michigan. We had some family over to visit and celebrate a high school graduation. The lovely pool was a huge hit. Thank you for the easy communication and quick response.

Our family had a terrific day at this house. It had all the space and supplies we needed. We enjoyed having a few easy meals “at home.” The pool in the backyard was our favorite part. We spent most of our time out there. Being able to put our car in a garage helped keep it cool in the hundred degree temperatures. I also really liked that they had a recycle boom. A great place to stay. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The whole process went smoothly. The pool heat was on when we arrived and all check in information was delivered in a timely manner. Check out was smooth also. It was helpful to have the requirements sent to my phone. Only minor things came up at the house which did not impact our stay; for example - how to turn on outside lights (which we mostly figured out) and what day the garbage needed to go out.

Relax birthday celebration

Overall everything was great. Very clean and well equipped, beautiful home. I would definitely stay here again. The pool is heated but you have to pay for it to be heated. That was my only disappointment. We rented the house for that reason. But it all worked out and I highly recommend this rental.

Great place.

This VRBO is a beautiful property in a great location just off Hwy 51 and the 101. Easy access to two of the main freeways in Phoenix. The house is as Described. The only complaint I have is I paid for the pool heat for 4 days and it was only on 1 day. There must have been a communication error somewhere. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.😄

Property was in a great location and felt very safe. House was clean and comfortable. Outside fans & lghts, and several outlets inside did not work. Property manager initially was quick to respond to questions but when I asked to have someone come look at the fans outside, they quit responding to me. Overall though it was a nice place.

Communication poor and rude at one point. Was confusing to know if texting owner or the rental company. Someone did offer to come fix something but I didn't want the intrusion. Check in time was delayed as unit wasn’t cleaned on time. Some inconsistencies on listing. Not well stocked no extra trash bags, no Kleenex, no hot pads, baking sheets, 3 dinner forks, no wraps or aluminum, only spices were S&P, making cooking difficult. Grill wouldn’t light.Not sure what game room is? No umbrella by pool. Pool is great!

Clean house but a little disappointed

House was easy to get to and overall in quiet neighborhood. Dogs next door barked a little. House was very clean and had all necessary items. Two disappointing items, first booked an additional day coming in a day earlier to then get an email later stating I could add a day at a discounted rate, too late but thanks. Second stated had heated pool but we didn’t notice until the following day that it wasn’t heating. Replies are not very quick but eventually stated they would get someone out. Someone finally came out and by then they stated part wouldn’t be in until Monday. Refunded the pool fee but the whole reason we chose the place was for the heated pool. Very disappointed and in hindsight would have stayed somewhere else.

We didn’t want to leave

We loved our stay. This was our first time in Phoenix and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home while there on vacation. The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the necessary shops (e.g. grocery store, drug store, Starbucks). The location was easy and convenient to everywhere we visited while there - about a 20-25 minute drive to most places (we went to Tempe, Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, among other places). The home was well stocked with towels, linens, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), kitchen supplies, and had sufficient dishes. Our family of 4 was able to spread out. I read in previous reviews that it takes a while for the shower to heat up in the master bathroom. This is true but, it does reach a full hot temp after a while - just requires a little patience. We loved the backyard and pool!! It felt like a complete escape. We had a couple of minor unexpected issues during our stay - a breaker flipped causing the outside lights not to work temporarily and we requested to have the pool heated after arriving but the system needed to be fixed by the pool company causing a slight delay. However, I cannot overemphasize how helpful and responsive both the owner and property manager were in resolving these issues for us. Customer service was top notch! If/when we go back to Phoenix, we’ll absolutely plan to rebook here!
