Welcome to your perfect Arizona getaway! This beautifully updated 3BR/2BA home in Desert Ridge sleeps 8 and features a modern farmhouse design with an open layout, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The resort-style backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a sparkling pool with waterfall and fountain, spa, firepit, sun shade, loungers, and multiple seating areas—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just minutes from top dining, golf, and shopping, and with easy access to the 51, you're perfectly positioned to explore North Scottsdale and all of Phoenix.

Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 x king bed, ensuite full bath, 55" Smart TV with YouTube TV
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full bunk bed (full mattress on top and bottom, 2 x full mattresses)

Main Living Room: Two couches with a 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV
Kitchen: Fully-stocked kitchen with everything need to prepare and serve a dinner of up to 10 people. Keurig coffee maker and classic, drip coffee maker with starter set of k-cups and sweeteners. Counter top island with four barstools.
Laundry Room: High-end, front load washer and dryer with starter kit of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets provided.
