We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and was comfortable for us to stay in. It could use a little more furniture like maybe an end table in the living room and an upholstered chair to fit four people without the island chairs, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Place is decent. The neighborhood is not great, lots of cars on the street parked. The place is tiny and there is not laundry. The place is also split with the owners, and they’re not the quietest people. Overall 6.5- 7/10.

The only issue we had was that the house didn't have things like dish soap, washcloths, paper towels, or tissues. Also, the couch was not as pictured. The house could use a few more chairs in the living room and side tables or suitcase racks in the bedrooms. However, it was a good value and great location. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great place for 2 or small family

Very nice property. The beds were super comfortable. Clean and spacious for 2 or a small family. Property management was great and responded quickly to our needs! Very convenient to everything. Easy parking.

The stay was very comfortable but just few concerns with the house cleanliness. Floors were dirty, checking out we had an issue where there was nothing but hot water and we had to have one person pour warm water with a container to finish up showering but there was NO cold nor warm water at all. The smoking smell was a bit too overwhelming so we had to go buy fabuloso and other dew scented items to help kill the smell.Not sure if it was bed bug bites but we got few bites on our children.Aside from that we enjoy the cozy spot just minor issues and few concerns that could possibly make the place better

Great property and great location

We were in Arizona for a week to watch our sun play in a high school baseball tournament. The property was super clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Phoenix area.

Very responsive

When I booked we asked for an accommodation which was granted. We even brought a trailer and they graciously accommodated. Communication between us and them was great. The location was quiet even on a holiday weekend and lots of parking.

Jennifer was gracious enough to let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated. Otherwise I was alarmed the couch was different from the one pictured in the listing, there were no AC control instructions, dish towels, dish drying rack, bedside tables, or hair conditioner. Additionally, there were many small cockroaches throughout our stay. We were happy to find that the unit was close to the Mesa Asian District, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Jennifer was easy to communicate with, but I feel the unit needs a slight refresh.
