"Hotel was dirty unorganized the shower was all nasty I tried to sleep and end up getting bit by a bunch of bed bugs or something I took a picture of the bugs and go down to show staff and leave next day I call and the lady on the phone was so rude they didint want to help me get a refund even though I didint stay the night overall bad experience "

"Fair place for a quick stay. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Property does need upgradimg and the AC was very loud. The proximity to the airport is great. "

"Rooms need a refrigerator that we can use to keep water cold. Where are the ice machines? I found one hidden behind the bar by the pool. Very noisy. Loud yelling/fight near the fountain woke us up. With a female yelling at a male to “get away from her” seems like security would have come. Our neighbors were very noisy. Up late and up early. I think 4 girls on spring break. Be mindful of where you put spring breakers right next to a family with kids. Pool was freezing. Housekeeping was good and made our beds and supplies towels. Rooms could use a luggage rack. "

"HORRIBLE !!!! No hot water, no water pressure, rooms filthy, and they ripped us off with the rates on the hotel. Homeless and prostitutes all around the hotel. NEVER STAY THERE!!!!!"
