Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Central to ASU (Downtown Tempe), Cubs Spring Training, and Downtown Scottsdale. This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

Convenient to ASU

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

Very nice stay

We would stay again! Very nice. Location was perfect for ASU graduation. Close to malls restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, was very clean and it was quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Travelled to Phoenix for surgery from el paso

In Phoenix for surgery, with family. Town house is comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer large capacity. Easy access to 101. Plenty of restaurants at Tempe market place, Safeway and Walmarts close by.House is conveniently located at the beginning of complex with designated parking a few steps from the house.

Senior Baseball

The location was good for my needs and close to many types of restaurants and shopping. Easy freeway access as well. Covered parking was nice and everything worked as needed. Good place and good stay. I will use again if in the area.

Perfect for our needs

It was very convenient. Nice amenities. Only down side was the lighting/fan wasn't working and Tina did her best to immediately address what we thought were the batteries and sending the right ones but it still wasn't working. I wish the code could be sent a week ahead as it was stressful with only 24 hrs or less. Other than that, it was nice to have a few things like foil and even some Pam. Appreciate washer and dryer but maybe a curtain would work so you could open the dryer more. Cute and comfortable.

Lovely little oasis

Delightful stay. Morning coffee’s on the patio and full of afternoon dips on the pool to cool off. Close to all the activities in Tempe and a cute donut shop nearby.

It was perfect for our needs. Clean. Conveniently located just down the road from ASU. Lots of towels. Pool was a lovely way to relax a bit in the evening. Owner was very responsive.

Boots in the park rental

Perfect place to base out of while going to Boots in the Park for 2 nights! This would be a great location for parents visiting kids at ASU! Comfortable and well appointed! Enjoyed it!

Nice place. Kitchen was stocked nicely with all condiments and spices and just the right cookware. Beds were super comfortable. Could have used a bed in the third bedroom.

ASU 2024 grad in May

This is a high ceiling unit, very spacious and Amazing stay!! Comfortable and close to ASU and eateries in Tempe. Many amenities in the unit with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven keurig or coffee maker and stove. Loved it here and will stay again if need 4 people in one place. Board games and lots of blankets in closet. Sad to leave!! :)

Minnesota to Arizona

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean. Wish there would have been an instruction manual to cover things like how to operate the alarm system, navigating the tv for channels. Instructions for fireplace and thermostat. Instructions upon leaving; ie; sheets, towels, etc. a little nice thing would be to have a patio door blind for afternoon sun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Accommodated my family well. It was clean and looked very much like the pictures online with exception to the table on the lanai. The community in which the townhouse was nestled was also clean and well kept. I definitely felt safe being there. There is only one change that I would make and that would be to have a table & chairs inside for family meal time & game night. Most of my trip was either too cold or too hot to sit outdoors. An indoor table would have been nice. Check In was extremely easy. All in all decent accommodations for a decent price.
