Great hotel, friendly staff, close
To shops, bars and amenities. Room was large and comfortable, towels were a little warm off, but otherwise very good stay.
Staffs were very friendly and eager to assist. Everything was walking distance so it was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and modern. Felt safe and secure. I definitely recommend!
Clean and nice hotel. Good location. School near by which makes noice early in the morning, but that didn't bother us. Pub Street and restaurants are close. Hotel staff will arrange all tours that you need in afforable price.
Please think twice about staying at this hotel.
The room was perfectly ok, however, the breakfast was mediocre. You cannot buy food or anything to drink at the pool until 3pm. There are no pool towels.
The worst part however, was when we tried to check out. First, they accused us of having stolen a face towel, which I subsequently found wrapped up in another towel. They also demanded payment because my daughter had cut her foot and a little blood had got on the sheets. They also charged us for the fact that the missing face cloth was dirty because it had been used to clean make up off a face….
In the end they told us we could not leave until we had paid $15 for washing the face towel and the sheet.
You will also be charged $100 if you loose a second key.
Nothing ‘boutique’ about this hotel.
Me and my kids ,we are staying 4day every employee are very nice and breakfast food is very good. Swimming pool is clean and beautiful view of the city.we are going back to stay again
The hotel is very clean and modern looking, I wish they had bigger toiletries, I felt odd asking for more every day. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly.
