Dieses Hotel erfüllt keinerlei internationale Standards. Am Anreisetag habe ich mit dem Rezeptionisten einen long stay zum halben Preis vereinbart, er sagte, dieser beträgt 15 USD. Am nächsten Tag werde ich von der Rezeptionistin geweckt und gefragt, wann ich auschecken würde. Sie wurde einfach nicht informiert. Beim Auschecken selbst verlangte wiederum ein neuer Mann plötzlich 20 USD für den Halbtagesaufenthalt. Erst nach mehrmaliger Intervention bzw. der Ankunft des Rezeptionisten vom Vortag wurde der Betrag endlich auf den vereinbarten revidiert. Zur Krönung musste ich erfahren, dass dieses Hotel über keinen elektronischen Terminal für die Zahlungen der Gäste verfügt, also keine Bankomat- oder Kreditkartenzahlungen möglich sind!!! Am Abend zuvor wollte ich einen Flug bzw. ein Hotel online buchen, das Internet funktionierte einfach nicht! Ich musste dann am Rezeptionscomputer, der mehr schlecht als recht funktionierte, meine Buchungen vornehmen. Die TV-Qualität war unter jeglicher Kritik, das Zimmer wurde nicht gesäubert, lediglich auf meine Anfrage wurden neue Handtücher geliefert. Nie wieder!

経済発展により、新しいホテルが増えているプノンペンですが、こちらは古くからあるホテルです。プノンペンに頻繁に来ていたとき、よく宿泊していました。繁華街のボンケンコンから少し西に離れています。市内の西側に用件のある方なら利用価値があるのではないでしょうか。以前はWi-Fiが弱かったのですが、改善されており、よくつながりました。

I was there for a night, the hotel is sample just a standard hotel they better improve in the customer service, i reserved a room in advance with special request but they did not complete. the breakfast better provide more salad to complete western set.

スタッフはどなたも親切で感じよかったです。無料の朝食は期待してなかったのですが、朝あまり食べない私にはパンとコーヒーとフルーツがあれば十分。他にも中華系のおかずやお粥がありました。 ホテルを出てすぐにﾄｩｸﾄｩｸのおじさんたちもいたので移動にも困らないと思います。中心から少し外れてるので初乗り2ドルでした。(中心地では初乗り3ドルからみたいです) 唯一ホテルでマイナスだったのはお湯の温度がうまく調整できないことです。だいたい始めに熱湯がでて、あわてて温度を下げると限りなく水に近い温度になってしまいました。 でも、洗面台からの水と比べると確かにお湯なのですが…。4日滞在しましたが、ずっとそうでした。まあ、2日目からは想定して対応できたので、あまり気にならなくなりました。 セキュリティボックスは、自分で暗証番号を設定するタイプだったので安心でした。 最終日、飛行機が夜の便だったのでチェックアウト後スーツケースをフロントにほぼ1日預かってもらいました。お願いしたときも親切に対応してくれました。うけとりもスムーズ。 全体として、価格を考えると十分快適なホテルです。次行くときも利用したいです。

部屋は清潔で眺めがよく、スタッフもフレンドリー、

ロケーションはわかりにくいが、プノンペンは公共交通機関がほとんどなくトゥクトゥクなどで行くのであまり問題がない。部屋はビジネスホテルより広さやデザインに余裕があり、また眺めが良い。朝食は最上階の１０階で市街を眺めながらのブッフェ方式で気分が良かった。

The staff was the best I've had during my whole time in SE Asia. I had gotten dehydrated and fainted during my stay and they took such great care of me. Not in a great location, but an easy tuk tuk ride to the main area. Would recommend to solo travelers staying in Phnom Penh.

値段相応の普通のホテル

バスタブ付きということで、お湯を張ろうとしたが、水圧が低くてできなかった。また湯温も最初は熱湯のち体温以下と非常に不安定だった。 朝食も可も無く普通。
