The room smelled terrible. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The water came out of the faucet brown. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

This was fine for the price point. I do have a problem with the AC units they have in places like this since they tend to be a bit noisy. The place seemed to be full of people who just wanted to sleep so it wasn't rowdy or anything.

I went to Phillipsburg for an end of season upland bird hunt. The bird hunt was good, the motel was a dump. Beds were worn out along with everything else. Carpet was dirty with sunflower seeds on the floor and other strange things on the floor.

Old motel with positives and negative’s

It’s an older motel. It was clean ,3 lights didn’t work. The shower head was partially plugged. The towels were very thin and the phone didn’t work. The bed was OK and the AC worked so it took care of our needs

Everything from the parking lot to the stairways to the outdoor hallways was unkept & dirty ... as walk down the hallway seeing thick cobwebs in a handful of the rooms made me wonder when the last time my room or the other rooms were truly cleaned. Inside my room looked decent and clean.

It could have been cleaner. There was dust and dirt underneath the microwave. Microwave did not appear to have been cleaned for sometime. There were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom and in the shower. mirrors had not been clean for sometime.

The room and facilities were not very clean. Attendant was not in the office to check, we had to wait to check in. Attendant was not available at check out either. We did not eat at the facility due to the conditions of the facility.

The worst ever!!

Wow, possibly the dirtiest hotel room I've ever been in! At first, thought maybe nobody had used the room in a while because of the 3 spiders and their webs that lived in the bathtub and the ring around the toilet. But no it was just dirty! There was trash in the drawers, dead bugs on the floor, and the refrigerator had mayo packets, food rings, and some mystery thing frozen in the ice. It was just gross and dirty. Asked if they had another room but was told they were 100% booked. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, 5 at 10:00 pm and 4 at 7:00 am, they were not booked. In the morning discovered that they couldn't be bothered with hanging a shower curtain. There was nothing to keep the water in the shower, the floor was soaked when finished the fastest show ever taken. There was no washcloth only 2 body towels and 1 hand towel. The little shampoo bottle was half used! There is no wifi! The TV had service but would do a freeze-and-skip! Should have just stayed in the car. Never again will I stay at Cottonwood Inns! I travel for work every week and I stay in hotels all over the state this was the worst experience ever had. What a shame for this wonderful little town.

Room was not clean, musty smell, literal blood splatter on the walls in the bathroom and around the room. Ac unit made a loud clicking noise when operating which made it very difficult to sleep. Piles of dead bugs everywhere. Won’t stay again

Check in was quick.Staff allowed early check in. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was as advertised. Beds were comfortable .Not a noisy area. We were there on the weekend. Property is older so if you need a modern facility this is not it. Staff very efficient and helpful.
