"The staff were ver nasty to me and my kids they didn't tell us about the breakfast that it wasn't complimentary and then when I paid for it the didn't give me the $20 price they charged me more not to mention the breakfast was horrible not hot at all. I will not recommend we kept calling for towels by the time they came with fresh towels we was leaving "

"Room was decent, a bit out dated. Staff was friendly. Amenities are nice, except it can become very crowded. It is located in a lively area so I wouldn’t recommend for people who don’t like a lot of noise. Our room was located near the club across the street and we could hear the music all night. It’s in a great location with restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby. The beach sand was a little more rocky than I expected but it’s probably because there is a lot of foot traffic. Parking was very easy. I would stay again at this property. "

"Quaint well maintained hotel. The staff there were so wonderful and helpful. Comfortable sleep. Except for the roosters in the am it was very quiet."

"Everything about the Gray Door Apartments met our needs. My husband and I loved the full apartment so one could sleep in and not be disturbed. It was a quiet location off the beaten path, so a car is necessary. Some highlights were the full kitchen and outdoor grill with all needed supplies, laundry facilities and beach chairs/cooler plus towels. I was so pleased with the gym equipment to get a quick workout in before hitting the beaches for the day. Already looking to book a return trip!"

"Great place overall- very chill and relaxing; not crowded; restaurant on the premises was great ; bar as well; games and fun activities some but not overwhelming; Easy access to palm and eagle beach - free shuttle from the hotel. We loved our stay! "

"Room was clean, spacious with air conditioning. Host was great, easy to communicate with and professional. He provided beach beds and towels, all kitchen supplies and staying at his property was very pleasant. Pool is nice, very clean and his tow dogs will make your stay interesting, they are adorable. Location is quiet, easy to find and close to Palms Beach, Eagle Beach and Divi beach. Frank is great host and if we return to Aruba I will book his property again. "
