Fantastic location

The apartment was beautiful and within easy walking distance of everything. The view was spectacular. The terrace would be lovely when the weather is warmer. I am already planning another trip. There are only 2 things to be aware of: 1) unloading luggage is challenging, there isn't really a good place to park 2) be aware that the main bed is a double and not a queen.

Great value for Philly city center.

Very happy with this aparthotel, just on the outskirts of the city center, good location for a lot of major attractions. Nearby parking was a breeze. Apartment was nicely furnished and in good condition. Very clean. Would be happy to return.

My first time staying at a Sonder. The location was close to Temple University. Parking lot access right next door. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. My husband is handicap and in a wheelchair so I live chatted and asked for assistance and even though there is no on site help they sent Jonathan to help and he was great. Like your own little apartment. Only con was could hear person above us walking. Sounded like jolly green giant.

We stayed at a one bed room apartment for a week and totally enjoyed it. The apartment is new, well decorated and clean; there is a small but nice gym on the basement. The neighborhood is a little noisy from the street traffic at night (the windows could use a bit better insulation). Not too many restaurants or shops in the immediate surrounding but we had no problem using Uber to get around. Overall, we really liked it.

Good value for the money. One bedroom with living room and very well stocked kitchen. The rooms were somewhat noisy and our dryer and one bed lamp did not work. We asked for extra pillows which arrived the next day. This is sort of the Uber of hotels. No front desk. You enter the property and your unit with an access code.

I loved how you can walk to many places that has so much culture like love park, museums, and many good bars and restaurants. The view at nice is also a plus from the room and rooftop amazing. Also loved the privacy. What I didn’t like was the looked nice but had so many damages and black smudges on the white walls. Try to get room change and never received a response until the 2nd day I was there, mind you I was there for 3 days. Also had stains on the comforter and the extra one was ripped. I requested a new one didn’t happened until the next day. The elevator also had went out and they never gave a notice even though they say they did. So would I come back to this Sonder no I would not and would not recommend.

Brand new building was clean and very elegant. Some things of note, the combination washer dryer went absolutely insane while washing a tiny load of laundry. Was aggressively shaking and flopping around and sounded like a jackhammer. Sorry to any of my neighbors that thought I was trying to break the wall down. Also the bathroom faucet was loose and literally falling over into the sink like it was on a hose and the coffee maker had the last guests brewed coffee and coffee grounds in it. Other than that it was a great stay

The view of the city from our room was amazing. It's very close to the "Fashion District" which has a ton of great shops, restaurants, and much more. I would definitely stay here again.
