The condo here was an overall good experience. The amenities were maintained fairly well but there was some issues along the way.We were waiting for communication with the host, which did not happen until around 11 aclock the day of the stay. We didn't hear anything after we told them when we would show up and when we finally got to the building we had to call him to get clarification and a way inside. We were upgraded for free to a 2 bed which was a solid plus and provided advice on where to find parking so props to him for that. Beds were clean, space was clean, everything was well put together, but some amenities did have issues. We showed up during a hot streak of weather and we were dying of heat. The nest thermostat was behind a cage and set to off. Internet modem was disconnected but they had other WiFi to use from their other rooms. When I tell you the showers were like being sprayed by a prison guard I mean it. Couldn't change their setting from jet so we all had to suffer from the heat and the beating of the shower to cool off. Overall I think the VRBO could be an excellent location of the host was an earlier and more detailed messager, as well as those things with the VRBO being corrected like new shower heads and removing the thermostat cage. The host communicated well when he did and provided for us on things he didn't have to, but some of what I would view as a necessity were underserved or underperformed in some aspects.
