"We reserved a room with a queen size bed but there was only a full size bed. They moved us to room with a queen. Our new room did experience a clogged bathroom sink. They did extend us a credit."

"great location, room was great, hallways and elevator area are a bit dated and dark. otherwise a great place to stay to get around Philly. stafff was great. did not try the restaurant or coffee shop. market street is at times a bit sketchy"

"Rooms are being updated, but some of the updates seem sloppily done. Doors don't quite hang straight, ac doesn't blow enough cold air, lamps are cheap. On the other hand, bed and pillows were good and great water pressure"
