"Such a beautiful and cozy cabin. We had a very relaxing time here . When we arrived there was a lot of debris around the outside entrances of the cabin from either the windy conditions or the landscapers not cleaning up after trimming around the cabin. We did not want to track it all through the beautiful house bringing our luggage and other things in so my husband spent an hr sweeping all outdoor areas so we could enjoy them to the fullest. Also we noticed both propane tanks for the grill were empty. I contacted the host/owner and she immediately offered her apologies and gave us a refund for one nights stay. We did not expect that but it was very nice of her and we appreciated it. She also sent her father n law with two full propane tanks the first full day we were there. I would Deff recommend staying at this beautiful cabin. It has everything you could want or need to enjoy some time away. The spiral stairs were a little bit of a challenge especially carrying our luggage up and down them but we made it work. We hope to come back again when we need some down time. "Room was street facing near a busy intersection. Semi’s engine braking all night. Bath tub was narrow and the curved shower rod gave me a false sense of security. Water pressure was low. Internet was really fast. Parking was secure. I probably will not stay there again for the noise."

"Everything was great except the foul odor that came (we THINK ) from the bathroom drain. We reported it the next day. Other than that, breakfast and accommodations were acceptable."

"I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available Stayed while visiting The Dismals Canyon"

"TV would turn off unless you unplugged it from the wall. Super old outdated hotel. Wont use it again when I come through Russellville. They buy these hotels and spen no money on them."
