"Fantastic place to stay in Kamal area. Its very safe and relaxed here. Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful so we would venture out much. The room and facilities were excellent. Staff were extra helpful. The restaurant was great with many chouces and live music. Would love to come back in better weather! "

"Excellent location right on the beach and close to restaurants and centre. Rooms were a decent size and pool area didn’t feel cramped. Plenty of sun loungers and various pools. "

"We visited in August 24 for 14 nights, with my wife and daughter aged 10. We had a three bedroom villa with pool which overlooked the sea and surrounding bay. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful there is an app to order certain things, food, housekeeping, free shuttle bus etc. there is also what’s app for any specific request which was always replied too in a timely manner. The villa was kept really clean, new towels and robes daily, bedding every other day unless requested. The fridge was stocked with free drinks etc weekly, and bread daily. There was a coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of free bottled water, topped up daily. We used room service twice which came via golf buggy in a timely manner. The pool was clean and salt water with loungers plus towels, we could request extra cleaning via WhatsApp if needed. TV was smart and big enough to connect devices or use streaming services. The views from the villa were spectacular and we regularly booked the shuttle bus to the beach and caught it back from beach or large supermarket called big C. We didn’t want to leave and had the most relaxing time. "

But walk about 5 minutes down the beach and it is beautiful. **Overall:** Layalina Hotel offers a beachfront paradise in Phuket with excellent service and convenient dining options nearby. However, the sewage canal and the cleanliness of the beach are notable downsides. If these issues were addressed, this hotel would undoubtedly be a top choice for a relaxing Phuket getaway. For those considering a stay, the premium suite is worth the extra splurge for added comfort and a better overall experience."
