The living area is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa that can transform into an occasional bed upon special request. An open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create a seamless flow, enhanced by an electric fire, a Panasonic Smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player stocked with entertainment options.

The fully functioning kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with a gas hob, family-sized fridge freezer, KRUPS coffee machine, large toaster, oven, grill, and microwave. Whether you're a gourmet chef or prefer simple meals, you'll find everything you need for a delightful dining experience. The dining table, accommodating four, serves as a perfect spot to enjoy meals or engage in board games after a day of sun and surf.

Venture outside to our rear veranda, a haven for al-fresco dining or leisurely sunbathing. The property also offers beach access, inviting you to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the English Channel just a pebble's throw away.

At Coastaways, we understand that pets are family too, which is why we happily welcome one small, house-trained dog. Your furry friend will revel in the seaside experience as much as you do!

Dive into the indoor pool, break a sweat at the gym, or relax at the large clubhouse bar and restaurant offering hot and cold delicacies. Park Facilities are fully open during peak times. Passes to enable guests full use of the gym, indoor swimming pool, entertainment programme, family bar, and all-weather sports pitch.

(Correct prices as of Sept 2023). You can purchase the pass from the main reception area just across the road from the holiday home. There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.
While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
