「Love the place, clean, beds are comfy, and the view can not be beat! Upstairs is WARM, bring fans as the AC does not cool off upstairs. The ice maker did not work nor did the fan in the upstairs bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we did get blocked in a few times or had to wait for someone to move in order to park in front of the house, but did not take long. The biggest issue was when the neighbours had a party and at 2am two nights the music very loud. However hands down I would...

It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. 「The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind.
