「Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation.」

「The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean as were common spaces. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub (again clean). We brought our 60lb pit mix dog and had zero issues. For those with low vision, the lobby, hallways, elevators were all very well lit. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked with a wide variety of options (and, you guessed it, very clean!).
