"All very easy. I wish they’d told me that they could’ve sorted my parking until midday the next day before I paid and only had it until 8 the next morning but it was a minor thing. It was also very hot in our room even with the air con on full. However, lovely room, comfy bed and a lovely view from our room."

"The spa was very clean, well-maintained and efficiently run, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only disappointment was that the hot tub/jacuzzi was cold. The steam room and spa area were quite small, but fortunately, it wasn’t busy during our visit, so we were able to make the most of the facilities. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was also lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient, with food freshly prepared to order. Overall, we had a lovely experience. With a warmer jacuzzi, the spa facilities would have been even better!"
