The staff was extremely pleasant but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bathroom area is so small and there’s mold in the bathroom along with holes all over the walls from previous fixtures

Old property - looks like grandma's circa 1960 as evidenced by turquoise bathtub anf very old furnishings. Shabby curtains falling off, huge wooden dowell in slider. Bathroom door so warped it wouldn't close. Big stains on carpet. Charged upgrade to switch to ground floor room due to wounded knee and no elevator, and not informed of charge until checkout by VERY brusque desk clerk. Also charged a $10 "Daily Processing Fee" whatever that is!!!
