"I like the aesthetic feel, beautiful furnishing and very modern look. The area was perfect to explore Richmond for a night or two, the beds were comfortable. The Shower was clogged and nearly overflowed. There was no soap in the shower and the bottle was empty. Those two things were disappointing because after 12 hours of traveling a nice long shower could have made my evening quite relaxing. I informed the gentleman at the front desk but he had no opinion to the issue. It was as if he did not acknowledge my experience"
