Pesco Sannita Vacations from ￥191,970

I am not exaggerating when I say that our stay at this hotel was one of the best ever. They are second to none. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the busy tourist areas and everything is very easily accessible by public transit. Within a few minutes walk you have access to the Metro (subway) system and also the regional rail lines. You can get anywhere really fast and very economically. The hotel is modern and very clean. Our room was comfortable with great amenities. However, what makes this hotel stand out is the genuine kindness and courtesy of the staff. Everyone we were in contact with was wonderful. We were greeted by Marco at the front counter who made us feel welcome instantly. Our bartender, Gasparo and our waiter Alfredo were very friendly and provided an excellent service. Our housekeeper was also very welcoming and friendly. Finally, I leave the best for last, our waitress for breakfast, Imma, not only provided the best service but also gave us some invaluable advise of what to see for the short time that we were in Napoli. We fell in love with Napoli and the staff at this hotel had a lot to do with that. There are plenty of great hotels but it would a challenge to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests more than at this hotel. We will be back

This was a beautiful property with fantastic views!! Great breakfast!!

The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel

Shower had such low water pressure, just a dribble, so it was impossible to wash my hair. There are better places for the cost. I did not bother mentioning it to the staff because they were already dealing with people upset they did not have clean towels due to a trucking strike.
