Just 1 km from the historic center, elegantly furnished with period furniture, it is equipped with every comfort: a comfortable double bedroom, bathroom with tub / shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room with comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for a couple or a family with children, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The location is ideal for those who want to move easily by car and reach the main roads to get around Umbria and visit its wonderful cities!
For those who do not have a car, you can easily reach the historic center of Perugia thanks to a convenient bus service with the stop just 10 meters from home!
