Unfortunately we don’t have any rooms with 2 single beds, the room that you were given had a double bed and a couch which folded down to a double bed

Wow, I don’t understand as the towels are cleaned and sanitised after every use. I wish you had have said something when you arrived and we would have replaced the towels.

I'm happy you enjoyed your stay but a bit disappointed you didn't mention your issues while you were there and these could have been rectified. I have spoken to our cleaner and he is very surprised by your comments but ensures me that he will work harder to improve. Thanks for your feedback.

We try to keep it as clean as possible. All wet areas are cleaned at least daily and everything is monitored to ensure we keep a standard.
