David was AMAZING! The house is beautiful and so unique! Every single thing that you would need to be completely comfortable is taken care of!

Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of options. The owners will recommend local places to eat, and during breakfast...

Great breakfast, rooms were comfortable, staff were all very nice and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, with great quality and plenty of choices. We stayed here specifically to visit the Enchanted Forest, and the location was perfect! It’s within walking distance of the bus stop for the event, which made everything incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to Colum, who was incredibly helpful, super nice, and went above and beyond to make...

Wonderful place with a great staff.

Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple.

A Beautiful Boutique Hotel – A Wonderful Stay at The Meadowpark! If you're looking for a charming, beautifully maintained boutique hotel, The Meadowpark is definitely a place to consider! We only had the pleasure of spending one night here on our way to Edinburgh, but what a wonderful experience it was! The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and having both a bathtub and a separate shower was such an unexpected little luxury that we absolutely loved! Another...

We stayed in the Burns Suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel sent up a small cake to welcome us! The suite was large, elegant and has a lovely view of the grounds in the front of the hotel. The staff were attentive yet relaxed and friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Also - the Cromlix Afternoon Tea is excellent. Do stay for tea.

Excellent

Just perfect! Idyllic location and setting. Hostess was attentive and caring. Breakfast was spot on!!! Exceptional stay.

Very helpful! Very good food and stay. More than happy!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and service were both amazing. Very clean room and overall pleasant experience.

This hotel was so cute and quant. We loved the town and beautiful countryside as well as our walk down to the river. Very cute room also.

James and Staff were extraordinary in their service! A plus is the parking in front, although limited to 4 cars. Delicious breakfasts were served in a wonderful restaurant setting. Suggestions for restaurants were awesome. Our group of 4 could not have found a better place for our multi-day stay in Perth. This was one of our highlights for our two-week stay throughout Scotland.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean.

Nice hotel, not quaint or Scottish, but nice. I am not sure if they used any insulation between rooms as we could hear the neighbors conversations quite well and the TV from about 4 rooms down.

Loved Bankfoot. The food was great, the bar was great, just loved the place. Make sure you get to Stewart Tower Creamery too.
