Perris Valley Historical Museum

Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all.

A/C was a portable, took long for room to cool. Small but small room. So is the bathroom very uncomfortable. Not much to move around. Very noisy they give you ear plugs. no elevator you can hear the people in the next room and all the traffic. Tv didn't even work had to sign in to your subscriptions. But didnt do that. So no TV, No parking. Have to pay everyday separately to a parking company. When asked to see the room 2 days before they told me I couldn't and that it was like all other hotels rooms they said. If I had seen it I would have been able to cancel it and gone to another hotel. But I got stuck for one night. Then canceled the other days. Went to a much better one.

The most ridiculous check-in of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at… They never let you check in before 4 PM unless you pay a $40 early check-in fee… I tried to check in around noon on a Wednesday. They said there was a room available but I would have to pay the early check-in fee… These people are crooks and have no idea what good customer service is… I will never stay in a Margaritaville hotel again… I’ve stayed there probably 10 different times and each time they try to get the fee from me and each time I asked for a general manager of the hotel they always tell me there is no one there
