It was a late check in and we were tired and hot. He gave us a room on the fourth floor when we got there, we couldn’t use, it had a ladder/tools, I t was hot, meaning the a/c wasn’t on, so, had to go back down & get another room. After all that inconvenience, it was wonderful after that, nice a/c in the room, comfortable bed. Close to train!

Ideally situated next to bus and train station to enable us to visit places nearby. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good too. Would definitely return again.

I love this hotel! It is in the train station, obviously has all the transportation links you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the mini bar fully stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Perpignan

The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities.

Ideally situated if you are going to use the train station but a little out of the main centre of Perpignan where all the restaurants are. However you can walk it in approximately 15 minutes. They have a left luggage facility which was useful as we arrived before check in time. Check in was smooth. Safe wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed until night before we left. Shower head would not stay erect so had to hold it over yourself. Bathroom was more of a wet room with no shower screen. Ended up with water everywhere! Mini bar in room which we just used as a fridge for milk/wine. Two supermarkets close by.

The room was lovely: spacious, great mattress and pillows, large shower space, espresso machine, large water carafe for still or sparkling water. The breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful. The person who checked me in was warm and welcoming. When I told her I was going to go out for coffee after checking in , she told me there was a coffee machine in my room. Once I got to the room I realized there were no milk packets for my coffee. I went back down to the same person, and asked if had any milk available. She went to the breakfast room and got a tea pot and she heated milk for me to take up to my room. What a nice touch that was! Everyone I encountered in the hotel were obviously committed to making it a great overnight stay. And last: the location for an overnight stay to break up the Paris to Madrid trip was perfect. The hotel is attached to the train station and a ten to fifteen minute walk to the restaurants and downtown area.

Great hotel!

The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and a great size. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise it's a bit of a trek into town but fabulous if you are planning to travel by train to the surrounding area. One niggle was that the safe in our room was not working. They did offer at reception to take care of our valuables but it's not as convenient as having a safe in your room.

Stayed just one night to catch an ongoing train. Just a 1 minute walk to the Perpignan train station. A consideration if traveling with heavy bags: one must climb a flight of stairs to get to the reception desk; there are elevators to bring you from there to your room. Room was clean and had interesting astronaut themed decor. Lavazza coffee maker in the room was a plus (no milk or cream). Some lights were not working in our room (desk lamp, bedside reading light). Very clean.
