This old stone house, full of character and history, offers a warm and authentic setting for your vacation! Located in Perpezat, this cottage is just a few minutes from the magnificent Lac de Guéry. This privileged location allows you to enjoy water activities, hikes around the lake, and breathtaking landscapes. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for families or groups of friends. You will find comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms, guaranteeing a pleasant stay. The downstairs living room will leave you speechless with its old period open fireplace (unusable but a real centerpiece of the decoration). You will also find a small enclosed garden at the back of the house, perfect for enjoying the sunny days, organizing barbecues or simply relaxing outdoors on the terrace.
