It's an exceptional site that will captivate both young and old, perfect for a leisurely stroll and relaxation.

Within minutes from the apartment, you can reach the historic center of the city, along with the many shops that add to its charm: Périgueux's cinema, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all accessible within a 5-minute walk.

You can also enjoy the public garden, Jardin des Arènes, located right across from your rental. It's an ideal spot for leisurely walks and a favorite among children!
