「Super clean.No check-in instructions or any communications before arrival - not ideal when you’re traveling and unusual protocol. Good communications once established (took over 12 hrs by email & VRBO messaging & a phone call - told to msg w/ What’sApp). All comms are there, but too little too late. Very accommodating for an early check-in - thank you! Easy self-check in process. A bit weird to self-remove garbage 60m away on the street (& pay the municipality for it) upon departure.Great area...

「Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. 「I used this apartment as my base while visiting my son in Perigueux, and it couldn't have worked out better. The flat is clean and comfortable, great for one or two people. I loved the decor, and the layout was perfect for me. Easy and convenient.Take note if you travel with a lot of luggage that the stairway in the building is narrow, so might be a challenge to navigate with large bags.」
