Terrible service from Hotels.com

I arrived and there were no rooms available and the hotel had not received the booking. We had to find alternative accommodation. I want my money back.

Fue tan terrible que ni siquiera lograron llegar, no contestan, no hay señalizacion en la carretera, dieron con la dirección. Carretera de asceso en miy mal estado.
